Tell us about your path to setting up your business and what motivated you?

I always new I wanted to work for myself and I realised I couldn’t achieve the big dreams I have without taking this risk and jumping in.

How do you work and what is a typical day like for you?

My work day varies, sometimes it’s all meetings with clients, sometimes I work from the Creators HQ office and sometimes it’s from my little flat, but it always involves lots of tea and some exercise to keep me energised!

What are the best parts about your business?

It’s amazing to work with clients to help them better their own businesses. Seeing that impact is the very best bit about what I do.

What has been your greatest struggle as a business owner so far?

Self-doubt. It’s so easy in our world to compare your start with someone else’s finish and I have to remind myself to stay in my own lane!

What has been your biggest a-ha moment so far?

Realising that I am the one thing that will make or break this business, so I have to put as much effort into my own development as I do in supporting the development of my clients.

Do you have any advice for other small business owners?

Surround yourself with people that push you to dream bigger.

What currently inspires you?

I’m very lucky to have an amazing group of likeminded people in my life who support my ambitions and share their knowledge.
